I agree...especially the part about diligently using a good sunscreen with a minimal SPF 15, preferably with non-chemical sunblocks such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Also it may be a good idea to supplement with Vitamin D as the use of a sunblock can prevent us from getting adequate amounts of Vitamin D (the sun is a good source of vitamin D). Also, some research indicates that taking Vitamin D supplementation may help ward of the flu (vitamin D is an immune booster).
