Get Jennifer Garner’s Hair |
![]() | Recently, trend-setting celebrity Jennifer Garner stepped out with the most amazing mane I’ve seen in a while! It showcased her naturally wavy, thick hair and was pulled off her face to show off her always glowing skin. Get Jennifer's same hairstyle with these simple steps! |
Step One: Washing & Conditioning
- To get this natural and organic look, start in the shower and use a shine-enhancing shampoo like Aubrey Egyptian Henna Shine-Enhancing Shampoo. Condition as usual and then towel dry hair.
- After hair is mostly dry, spray a leave-in conditioner in hair to tame tangles and give strands additional softness.
- Apply a styling cream by scrunching in hair to give it smoothness and pliability for styling. Try a styling cream like Dove Smooth and Soft Anti-Frizz Cream that will help tame wild strands.
Step Two: Blow Drying
|
Step Three: Styling
- If you are lucky enough to have been born with the same hair texture as Jennifer Garner’s, you may need to only touch up a few strands with a 1 ¼ inch curling iron like
the Gold n Hot Professional Ceramic Curling Iron, which will save your strands from singeing.
- After you’ve touched up your unruly strands with the curling iron, fluff your hair a bit. You can apply a light hold hair spray if you think you need it, but this look does not require it.
- If your hair is fine and straight, you may be required to put in a bit more effort with the curling iron to get this look. Just take your time and curl your hair in ½ inch sections all over and then flip your head over and tousle your tresses. With straight hair, you may need to use a bit more hair spray - but try not to pile it on, or you will take away from the natural look of the hairstyle. John Frieda’s Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Perfector Hair Spray is a great one to try because it leaves the hair soft and silky, not crunchy or crispy.
Step Four: Pull Back
- Finally, pull back two sections of hair like Jennifer Garner did from the front of your hairline (creating a center part), and attach them back with bobby pins that match your hair color.
- If you’d like to dress up the look, you can use your choice of a clip or barrette to secure the hair back.
This is a beautifully simple look that can be worn for the daytime or nighttime, your choice!
